For Your Information
Arrival
Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This will allow you time to check-in and prepare for your service. If you are delayed in your arrival, please remember that your service will end at it’s original time so that the following guest is not inconvenienced. We are not responsible for inclement weather, traffic delays or wrong directions.
Quiet Room
Before and after treatment, guests are encouraged to enjoy our tranquil relaxation room, which features soft music, comfortable chairs, stunning mountain views and complimentary fruit, water and tea.
Courtesy
We ask that all cellular phones and pagers be turned off upon entry to the Spa to ensure tranquility and respect to all our guests.
Guests
Guests receiving massage, body treatments or facials must be 18 years of age. We do require adult supervision for any child mani/pedi services. (12 years of age)
Medical Conditions
A brief medical questionnaire will be given to you at the time of check -in. Please indicate any medical conditions or disabilities that may be affected by your treatment such as high blood pressure, allergies, heart ailments or pregnancy.
Clothing
You will be provided with a robe and sandals at time of check-in. Special attention to draping is practiced during all treatments for your comfort and privacy. Reflexology and Shiatsu massages do not require disrobing.
Valuables
Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables to the Spa. The Skyview Spa does not assume any liability for personal items left in rooms, lockers and robes.
Gratuities
Treatment prices includes 18% gratuity. You’re welcome to leave more, please inform reception.
Cancellations
Cancellations or changes must be made 24 hours prior to appointment of 14 days upon signing a group contract. If proper notice is not received, appointments will be charged in full. Spa packages require a 50% deposit upon reservation. Cancellations for spa packages require 72-hour notice. Failure to comply will result in loss of deposit.
Children
We are unable to accommodate children during your Spa visit.
Services
All treatments, services and prices are subject to change and are based upon availability. Our services run on the hour for booking 1 ½ hour.
Therapists
Skyview Spa has both male and female massage therapists. Should you have a specific preference, please advise us upon making your appointment. If preference is not specified at the time of booking then we will book according to our availability. If a client refuses a service they will still be charged in full.
Gatherings
We welcome gatherings and groups. Advance notice is required, as well as any setup for food and beverages. 20% gratuity will be added to groups and gatherings.

Hours
Skyview Spa is open Monday - Sunday from 9am to 6pm. Our last service ends at 6pm. We regret that the showers and the relaxation room will not be available after 5:30pm. These areas are shut down. Relax in our quiet room or take a shower prior to your arrival.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are a wonderful way to extend gratitude. They can be purchased directly from the Spa or create your own on our website. They are not refundable, non-transferable and have a 5-year cancellation from date of purchase. Prices may change for services and gratuity after one year.
